Eye to Eye Moving was founded in 2007 by Robert Cooper with one truck and a clear goal: provide moving services with honest pricing, timely delivery, and safe handling of items. The company started with local residential moves in a single neighborhood.

Key Milestones

2010–2013: By 2012, Eye to Eye Moving completed 100 local moves. Growth came from word-of-mouth. The team offered only local relocations with no extra services.
2014–2017: In 2014, Eye to Eye Moving hired its first staff and added a second truck. Office and apartment moves began. In 2016, a small warehouse was leased for storage. Basic insurance was included for all moves.
2018–2020: Long-distance, piano, and pool table moving were added. By 2019, move volume doubled. Employee training and protective packaging became standard. In 2020, COVID-19 safety protocols ensured uninterrupted work.
2021–2023: New trucks, dispatch software, and GPS tracking improved logistics. Full-service packing, unpacking, reusable materials, and portable storage were introduced. Staff size reached 20+ by 2023.
2024: Eye to Eye Moving handles residential, apartment, office, veteran, senior, and long-distance moves. Services include packing, unpacking, storage, and insured transport. The company remains independent, mid-sized, and focused on reliability.
